My partner and I went at 8pm on a Thursday evening, the place seemed to be a little busy but not super busy. We chose this place in particular because we wanted sushi, but when we arrived we found no sushi on site or on the menu. We ordered a medium serving of the karaage chicken, bulgogi, and bibimbap. We were advised that the karaage chicken would take 15 minutes as they had to prepare the chicken, after 35 minutes it never came so we decided to leave it. The bibimbap on the menu said sliced beef but came with minced beef. The bulgogi on the menu was meant to be served with 3 sides, we were initially given rice on the side, then after asking for the other two sides we were given 1 side of kimchi, then after asking again were given our third side. The bulgogi itself was a very small portion barely covering the base of the serving dish. Service was very slow and staff seemed generally confused. The main waiter/owner/manager seemed well-meaning and seemed to be trying to do the best he could. Overall the food tasted good but the management has a lot of room for improvement.
The waiter was nice and really trying to do well. The food portions were poor and the service very slow. They forgot half of the side dishes, and one of the mains ordered never turned up. A lot of work need to be done in order to let customers enjoy this experience. But I believe in an improvement.
I enjoy the kaarage chicken...the tempura prawn udon also good..the staff very friendly...
